We’ll be at the beautiful Rio de Arcadia property in Kerrville, Texas. The day is casual, so dress is too. You will have the freedom to build your own schedule with your desired combination of open time for outdoor exploration, conversation and activities. Some things you might consider bringing — a notebook; walking shoes; swimsuit, sunscreen and hat as we will be outside for much of the day and swimming or walking in the river will be options.

with Maker Mama
Whether you’re a seasoned photographer or occasionally take a photo your proud of, join us for a hands-on outdoor exploration with your camera led by Amy Johnson of Maker Mama. Geared towards phone photography, we’ll cover the basics of composition, lighting, and phone-specific tips and tricks for taking photos outdoors. Enjoy learning new skills and lots of photo taking in a group walk along the beautiful Guadalupe River.
CO-CREATED WORKSHOPS
Led by YOU and decided day-of — We want to offer you the time and space to share your passion (yoga/mindfulness, vision boards, reflective writing, art, etc) and allow others to opt in to a spontaneous session you create. These will be offered and chosen day of — with no pressure to lead or participate — just collectively finding ways to spark creativity, reflection and rest. More details to come.
After registration, you will receive an email with driving directions and address to Rio de Arcadia in Kerrville, Texas — just over an hour from central San Antonio. Transportation will not be provided, but feel free to arrange carpool on the Facebook event discussion.
If inclement weather arises, the retreat will be rescheduled. You will have the option to attend on the rescheduled date or receive a refund.
